Acceleration Program



The FieldHouse Acceleration Program was developed by Perform X to provide the latest concepts in movement based exercises and combine them with unique cutting-edge technology.  The equipment and techniques are are designed to help all individuals regardless of sport or activity.  The programs and equipment utilize muscle memory and speed of contraction to train the body to move correctly and quicker-making for a faster, stronger, better athlete.  Our training is intense and may not be suited for some athletes.  Since the programs are based on individual ability, every element is completely adaptable to a new user.  The FieldHouse Acceleration Program uses various machines during workouts.  The main components are the treadmill, the hip x machine, plyometric pattern boards, the leg press machine, and the Perform X training cords.  Each machine has a different purpose to emphasize a specific area of training or form to enhance athlete speed and agility.  Our results are guaranteed in 4 weeks, NOT months!

Our talented trainers come from diverse and experienced athletic backgrounds.  In addition to being trained on the Perform X system our instructors' background knowledge of their sport  helps enhance the training experience by incorporating sport specific exercises into each session to help with multiple aspects of the game.
Why do Acceleration at The FieldHouse?


Our treadmill training is based on the speed of contraction. Training is based on the concept that requires the athlete to be pushed harder and faster than what they could do on their own while using relative speeds and elevations on the treadmill. This is the quickest and most effective way to increase speed using the three concepts of speed development: form running, incline running, and over speed running. Our treadmill can reach speeds of 30 mph, which is faster than any human can run and can go up to a 30 degree incline to teach running form. Sprints are run on various time intervals from short sprinting for form running and long distance for endurance sprinting.
